Product Care

Our products are made and sourced with premium materials such as 100% cotton and canvas, and to preserve any personalisation we recommend washing your products at 30oC or hand washing, please then leave them to air dry. Vinyl transfers and personalised items are designed to withstand up to 50 washes! However, their lifespan may be less if not cared for correctly.

We do not recommend use of the dishwasher for personalised items including the travel water bottle and dog bowl, please hand wash these items. However, the lick mat can be placed in the dishwasher. YAY!

Packaging

We are proud to use recycled and eco-friendly packaging from cascayde.com.

The packaging is made from 100% recyclable and biodegradable paper.

So please feel free to reuse or recycle the packaging materials!

Disclaimer

Please supervise your pet when using any of our products, including: treats, chews, toys, and accessories.

Please discard any products that appear damaged or not fit for purpose.

Use of any products are at the risk and responsibility of the pet owner, if an item is faulty on delivery please do not use and contact us within 24 hours.

Whilst we try to portray products close to their correct colour, different screens may alter the colour slightly!

Handmade items are handmade and therefore there may be some slight variation to sizes/details.

Deliveries & Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do, however, if you do wish to return/refund your item then please get in contact with us.

If the item is faulty/damaged please let us know within 24 hours of delivery where we may request images of the item at fault. If the item is no longer wanted/ improper fit, then you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The item must not be faulty or damaged on return unless informed of damage within 24hours of delivery as detailed above. Please note, personalised items cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty on delivery.
